All our customers who use their storage capacities in our H-gas or L-gas caverns have the option to market their contracted storage capacities (or parts of it) on a secondary basis. The conditions are laid down in the storage contract.

    The Storage Customer remains to be EWE’s contracting partner and shall continue to be obliged to fulfill all obligations from the Contract, in particular the payment of fees, the furnishing of securities, and the operative management of the Contract.

    For the avoidance of doubt: Secondary Marketing does not mean “Assignment of rights and obligations”.
